BLACKOUT

Boring butul pagi ne sampai jam 2 ptg Blackout terus. Ini buat sia gila separuh mati - I just can't live without my streamyx - Keadaan ini membawa sia kepada kegilaan melampau tahap gaban :).. nothing to do... so I took picturesla....malangnya cam sia nda leh mengambil closeup pic...hantam sajala... maka terjadi la posing2 ini>>>>>>

Sshhh....jan bising...tingu saja...

Sakit kapala ka aman??

Demam ka? ba makan panadol la....

Sponge Cake Mix

Lama uda nda masak cake - dulu2 bukan main lagi semua resipi mau cuba.. since it's school holidays I have to do something in order to kill the boredom. So here it is a simple recipe which I have modified sikit tu bahan2 dia for the sake of kesedaran kepentingan makanan sihat bah kunun...

Ingredients:

400 g NONA Sponge cake mix - vanilla flavour
5 Grade A eggs aku pakai 5 Nutri plus Omega 3 eggs
80 ml water
80 ml melted butter aku pakai 100 ml Olitalia olive oil 1 cup captain oats - ( Sia kc tambah abis oat is rich with fibre )

Cooking instructions:

Preheat oven to 180 C for 45 minutes. Add 5 Nutri plus Omega 3 eggs and 80 ml water into one whole pack of NONA Sponge Cake. Mix for 4 minutes. Mix 100ml Olitalia olive oil and 1 cup of captain oats until light and fluffy. Pour in a cake tin and bake for 45 minutes.

p/s: Aku uda makan ...sedap o.. masi strong vanilla flavor dia sama tu Oat pun leh rasa hehhe...

MY SWEET 17 TEEN LOOK

I was busy searching for a document when I came across this pic, which I called amazing (bukan..perasaan kama..) the fact that it has its own sentimental values: It was taken by my late mum, I used to force her to take pic - giving her instruction where to stand and which angle she should focused - not to move otherwise tu gambar nanti kabur2 ya la kan dulu mana ada digital cam. My mum would follow every instruction given without grumbling. Thanks mum - love you (tesebak dada sia sikijap...) and another thing is that this pic was taken while I was 17 teen - as far as I could recall this is the only pic I got during that time. :)

FAREWELL TO THE DEPARTED

In conjunction with the All souls day on the 2nd Nov, 2008 - I managed to do a cover version of the Cranberries "When you're gone" I sang the song as a tribute to my late mum and dad. A friend of mine Eilin later on, joined and did this duet with me and I decided to upload the duet version instead of the solo version and this is the result:
