"TINEGEI" THE LOCAL BREW DRINK

Just like "TAPAI" itself, and exactly derived from the tapai but the "tenigei" is not drink directly from the jar. If it is drank from the jar with the straw inserted into it, then it is called "Mensiop/Sosopon" that means the act of sipping the tapai directly from the jar. The "Tinegei" itself is more refined of the extracted juice of the tapai. Water is poured into the jar and a hose connected into the straw helps the channeling the the juice of the tapai. The extracted juice is known as "Tinegei" in my local dialect (Dusun - Kuijau) The taste will depend on how strong the tapai brew itself.

Just woke up and I was called to go to my sister's house which is just next to my house. She had cooked "Soto" believed to be the best remedy for hangover..lol.... It is prepared by boiling soup of chicken or beef with a few special ingredients to enhance the flavor of the soup. Once the soup thoroughly cooked it is then pour into the rice noodles which was previously soaked into a hot water. Finally, the flavor can then be enhanced according to the individual tastes. Almost like the rice noodles soup except the taste is so different.

ANIMAL LOVER

I believe that animal deserved to be loved as much as we do. They are also part of God's creations in our very own world. My passion for animal has brought me to the utmost part of it when I managed to raised my my kittens without their cat mother. The cat mother died when it was chased and bitten by a dog. That was one of the cat s that I really loved for its nice and loving companionship if I may say so.

There were five of the kittens when one was killed by my own dog and the other one also died and I was not sure what was the actual caused of it. Now I have three survivor cats that I have managed to raise and I'm so proud of it.

Well, I have to sleep early cause tomorrow we have to attend Christmas Mass again.

KENINGAU NOWADAYS

Just came back from Keningau town. OMGosh! banyak ba gia kerita! Keningau was a long time ago wasn't really overloaded with cars. Now! you just name it almost all the branded cars are in Keningau. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to capture any pic. May be next time.

Nanti ko Leo, pandai2 ko jalan sendiri ah! sejak bila kaka ko nie pandai sopping2 nie. Mokirayou! apa salah ko kc mama ko duit saja nie... inda payah la ko tunjuk2 rajin kunun p sopping ...peiiii...! ko la kunu yang pandai p membeli2 kaka! Issshhh..... urang teda kawan kluar tadi.... keteh! no de...jammed sana keningau...

Bah petang nie jan lupa kita urang beramai2 kc penuh tu St. Mary's church kio!

St. Mary's chapel is situated in Bingkor town just 2 km to my home. The Christmas eve prayer will be held at 6.30 pm at the chapel. I expect there are lots of new faces, including me...

WHY WAKE UP SO EARLY!

I didn't know what happened i woke up so early this morning. When I opened my eyes it was only 4 am in the morning. Gosh! I pretended asleep but it was all in vain. So i woke up and straight away i went to the computer.

I only did a few things and it took me two hours already sitting in front of my pc. Welcome 24th December 2007! Aduih! paning kapla sia...eh..kama....

MY ANGLES CAME ALL THE WAY FROM KL

Leo and Dan came to my house. Earlier on we had breakfast in a coffee shop named BEBAS. Just like usual I had bubur ayam @ chicken porridge, Dan and Leo biasalah mesti makan mee sup tuuutt.....oppsss censored. We had a few dim sum @ Chinese foods cooked in a Chinese manner...huh! Tarabang telinga bah!

If hadn't been Leo I wouldn't be able to use my wireless modem, thanks to Loe for bringing back the sound of my pc into alive again and for re-configuring my wireless modem. I now can freely surf within my house premise. Wow! totally awesome!

Dan, Thank for rearranging@ reconstructing my blog into the latest version of it. Almaklmumla, I haven't checked my blog for periods of months already. Busy bah kaka!

Aduh! all my nephews and nieces are home now... Just now my sis came to knock my room. Pheeewwiiitttt! Ada jemputan meginum gia d sebalah rumah...heheheh.... baru 23hb Dec bah nie...bah...kama...
